HOW AT HOME TRAINING WITH AFFINITY FITNESS WORKS
Step 1
A certified trainer personally meets with you and discusses how they can help you achieve your goals. (Male and Female Trainers are available)
Step 2
A specific fitness evaluation is conducted to determine your current state of fitness, and to establish a safe starting point for your ability.
Step 3
Your personalized fitness program is created and put into action by you and your trainer.
Step 4
Re-tests are taken regularly to measure the success of your fitness program.
